How to Sign Up

To register as a member and enjoy KGUDZ mall's services, simply go to the [Sign Up] page, enter the required information, and agree to the terms of use and the personal information processing policy.

[Member Benefits]
- Our mall only sells to members.
- You can use the Cart, Wishlist, and view your Order History.
- You don't need to enter the same information every time you order.
- You can participate in various member events.
- You can also receive coupons through various events.
- You can earn reward points of more than 3% on all orders.

Order and Cancel

[How to Order]
The steps to order a product are as follows:
1. Find the item. (Search)
2. Add the item to the cart or buy.
3. Sign up or log in.
4. Fill out the order form.
5. Choose a payment method and make the payment.
6. Order complete. (Check your order number).

[Order Cancellation]
- You can cancel your order and check your order status at 'My Account > Order History'.
- Cancellation is possible when the order status is 'Preparing Shipment', but cancellation is not possible when it is 'In Transit'.
- Typically, you can cancel your order within seven days of ordering from the Internet.
- After the customer cancels, the system cancels within 2 business days and refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on the payment method.

※Notes
- In the case of pre-order products, the product is produced/released based on the order details, so the order can be canceled only within the pre-order period, so please check the pre-order period on the product details page.
- In other words, general products can be canceled at the "Preparing Shipment" stage, but pre-order products cannot be canceled even if they are at the "Preparing Shipment" stage after the pre-order period.
- Cancellation of the order cannot be partially canceled, but only the entire cancellation is possible.
- In addition, even if it is a mixture of general products and pre-order products with different release dates, you can only cancel the entire order.

[Refund rules]
- We will refund according to the credit card company's regulations
- If the payment has already been made by credit card, it can be refunded next month.
- If the refund amount has not been deposited even after the cancellation is approved, please contact your credit card company.

[PayPal Refund Policy]
If you pay with a credit or debit card, the refund will be refunded to the card you used, depending on the card issuer, the refund could take up to 30 days.

- If you pay using your PayPal point, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
- If you pay with both your card and PayPal balance, the amount paid by your card will be refunded to your card. The remaining amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
- If the refund amount has not been deposited after the cancellation approval, please contact the card issuer you used or PayPal directly.
- Once the shipping process starts and the status indicates 'Pending' or 'Preparing for shipment', you cannot edit or cancel your orders.
- Once the order is canceled after 24 hours of the incomplete transaction, the order cannot be automatically recovered even after payment.

Payment

[Payment Methods]

- For large payments, you may receive a verification call from your credit card company as a security measure.
- Abnormal orders that are deemed to be involved with credit card and/or identity theft may be canceled or deferred without prior notice.

Shipping

  • Shipping Method: EMS 
    Shipping Area: Worldwide (excluding some countries) 
    Shipping Price: Varies depending on the weight or volume, differing from country to country 
    Shipping Period: 5-20 days
    - Additional charges may apply depending on the region.
    - Shipping may be slightly delayed due to product stock and warehouse conditions.
    - Pre-ordered products will be dispatched after being stocked on the release date.
    - If you order regular products and pre-ordered products together, or in other words, if you order products with different release dates together, they will be shipped together once all products are ready for dispatch (shipping will take place when the last product to be released is ready).
    - If the product you ordered is out of stock and unable to be shipped, we will contact you separately and take action. (※ If you do not respond to the out-of-stock email notification within 7 days, your order will be automatically canceled.)

    [Customs Duties and Taxes]
    - International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes when they arrive in the recipient's country.
    - The shipping fee paid in our mall does not include the recipient's customs duties.
    - The recipient must pay additional charges for customs clearance.

    ※Notes
    - Although each country's customs authorities have all the rights and information related to tax payment, they do not share this information with us.
    - Therefore, KGUDZ has no control over customs duties.
    - Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. For more details, please contact the customs office in your region.
    - Orders returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay customs duties will not be re-shipped. Please note that all charges incurred in this process will be borne by the customer.


Exchange / Return

[Procedures and Usage Guidelines]
- Exchanges and returns can be requested at 'CS > CONTACT US'.
(CONTACT US can be found in the 'Menu > CS' category or at the bottom of the site.)
- Please select CONTACT US > Write > PRODUCT INQUIRY and ask us about the order number, product name, product quantity, return reason, etc. with a photo or video that can confirm the reason for exchange/return. I will let you know the next step after checking.
*Please note that requests for exchange/return may be rejected if you send the product without inquiry.

※Notes
- To request an exchange/return for missing or defective products, video evidence of the package unboxing showing all inclusion is required. Exchange and return requests may be denied without the video.
- The unboxing video shall show all sides of the box before opening and contain the entire opening process.
- In the case of products with random components, the exchange product will also be sent randomly during exchange.
- In the case of product defects, scratches, presses, and scratches less than 5 mm and marks that may be found in the product process may not be subject to exchange or return. (Follow commercial practices.)
- Non-portrait defects such as the back, background, etc. and scratches, presses, and prints that may occur during the process may not be subject to exchange or return. (Follow commercial practices.)
- All products can only be exchanged/returned if the defect is visible without light reflection.
- Due to the nature of the material, defects such as deformation of shape or adhesion between PVCs may occur due to the influence of the surrounding environment (temperature. humidity), and thus may not be subject to exchange or return. (Follow commercial practices.)
- If you want to return the product, please send it as it has been received. (tags, labels, price tags, etc.)
- Exchanges and returns due to customer's simple change of mind and order mistakes are possible, but the customer has to bear all the repackaging and shipping costs incurred accordingly.
- Please note that the customer will be responsible for all expenses incurred in returning the product without going through an exchange/return procedure through 'CONTACT US'.

[Exchange/Return Eligibility and Period]
- The product must have been purchased from KGUDZ Mall, and as a principle, exchanges/returns should be for the same product.
- In cases where the product's details are different from the details indicated or advertised, or implemented differently from what was ordered (within 3 months from the day the product was received, or within 30 days from the day the fact was known or could have been known)
- If a product different from the one ordered has been delivered or there is a missing item in the product delivered
- If the product is damaged during delivery or there are manufacturing defects (faulty)
- In case of a simple change of mind, you must apply for an exchange/return within 7 days after the delivery is completed.

[Cases where Exchange/Return is not possible]
- If the product was not purchased from KGUDZ Mall
- If more than 7 days have passed since the date of delivery completion in case of exchange/return due to a simple change of mind
- If the value of the product has decreased (damage to packaging/shipping label, washing, product stains, perfume odor, deodorant, damage to gifts, damage to components, signs of use, etc.)
- If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption
- If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell it over time (removal of product barcodes, repairs, etc.)
- If there are no exchange stocks available due to limited quantity, limited period, and non-reproduction, etc.
- In case of products that have announced that exchange/refund is not possible on the product detail page, such as event items, discounted products, and custom-made products
- If there are signs of use or damage even if the product is returned due to misdelivery or defects

Furthermore,
- The color of the product you received may differ from the color you saw on the monitor due to influences such as photo shooting or resolution; therefore, it cannot be a reason for exchange or return.
- If there are special prints or patterns on a product, it may look different from the images on the product detail page. This also cannot be a reason for exchange or return.
- It might be difficult to process exchanges or returns regarding gifts that are missing, which were given through events or promotions.
- Due to the nature of all products, the stock can run out early, and for this reason, exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind might be challenging.
- Exchanges and returns comply with regulations based on the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., in South Korea.

[Exchange/Return Shipping Fee]
- Simple change of mind: The round-trip shipping fee from return to exchange is borne by the customer.
-Product defects such as delivery errors, damage, defects, etc. : KGUDZ bears the shipping cost.

Refund

A refund will be processed when a refund is determined through an exchange/return procedure between the customer and the company for incorrect, missing, damaged, and defective products.
- Refund after the exchange/return procedure and when the return is decided to be processed arrive at the company and the inspection is completed.
- Refund if there is no stock of the product that is supposed to be exchanged through the exchange/return procedure. (pre-order product, SOLD OUT product, etc.)
- It may usually take 1-30 business days to process a refund from the time the return is completed or the refund is decided, and it may take a little more time depending on the circumstances of the credit card company and the payment company.
- Refunds for credit card transactions may not appear on your account until the next billing cycle, depending on the time of purchase. Contact your credit card company for more information.
- In case of refund, the amount of reward points incurred at the time of order will be deducted and paid. (In case of unused rewards, the points will be deducted.)

[PayPal Refund Policy]

Reward Points

- You will be paid up to 3% of the amount of the product you paid.
- Reward points generated by an order will be converted to 'Available Reward Points' 7 days after the order status is 'Delivered'.
- Reserves before 7 days of delivery are classified as 'Pending Reward Points'. "Pending Reward Points" is a reward point that will be available and cannot be used in practice.
- Available reward points (Total Reward Points – Used Reward Points – Pending Reward Points) are available immediately when purchasing the product.
- The minimum reward point of $0.01(or 1won for KRW) that can be used to pay your order.
- There is no maximum reward point limit available for order payment.

※Notes
- For cancelled/refunded orders, the reward points paid for those orders will expire.

- For a revoked account, all reward points are automatically extinguished.
